Amped 4 Life

This was a great visit by Pat Buckley who spoke to our students about the risk of drugs and alcohol. His story is one from fact and living the experience. He is an ex addict and also was a bit of a lout in his younger days.

He now has a family and goes around schools to talk about the perils of addiction and peer pressure.

Kaitao's Got Talent

This was a recent competition to see who our best performers are in our school. Unfortunately we have to apologize to Rachel for missing her performance due to technical issues (The camera failed half way through and the other camera was turned off).

KTV to recommence soon

We are currently getting new crew together for the taping of KTV. We apologize for all the people waiting for the return of our broadcast. At the end of the year we will also have 2 movies done and posted for your viewing pleasure.

Soon there will be videos posted on events that occurred at Kaitao Middle School in Term 2.

KTV Episode 5

This is episode 5 of our KTV program. We are about to start work on a feature film in which our whole school is participating. The script is being wirtten by our students and we are looking forward to starting the filming process in the next couple of weeks.

In this episode we have a special feature on Oceans Alive which visits schools and teaches them about the oceans and what animals live there and a little about sustainability of the oceans.

KTV Episode 4

This episode is a little late in the uploading as we have to try new cameras and get the quality right. The editing is a bit rough but that is to be expected for the next few episodes until we get the practice in.

Our principal has just purchsed 2 new cameras to use making KTV and also our feature film project. We look forward to presenting KTV again next week.

Technical difficulties have prevented us from continuing at this stage

We apologize to all our viewers. Our camera we have been using has finally given up the ghost on us and no longer functions correctly. We will be back on air when we can find a replacement camera.
